Ingredient list:
- shredded mozzarella cheese (12 ounces or 340 grams)
- 2 Large Eggs
- 9 oz. (250gr) of Yoki Tapioca Granulada
- 2% Milk ½ cup
- 2 fl oz. of water (60 ml)
- Enough oil to submerge sticks while frying
- Garlic salt to taste
How-to:
- In a small bowl whisk together water, milk, and eggs. In medium bowl, mix Yoki Tapioca Granulada with garlic salt. Add contents of small bowl into the bowl with tapioca and mix together.
- Pour tapioca mix into pyrex dish and spread out evenly. Put pyrex into freezer for 30 min to let tapioca mix solidify. (Or leave in the fridge overnight for next day cooking)
- Take pyrex out of freezer and cut tapioca into roughly 1-2inch sized bites.
- Heat oil in large pan.
- Place bites in the frying pan for about 5 minutes, then remove to drain on paper towels.
- Air Fryer Cooking Method: After slicing tapioca into small pieces place them into your air fryer set to 360F and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping them over halfway or until they look golden and crispy. (Tip: Best to freeze tapioca for this method instead of refrigerating)
