Ingredient list:
- 1/3 onion
- 4 oz mushrooms
- 2-4 chicken breasts or tenderloins
- ½-1 cup rice
- 1/3 lemon
- Salt and pepper
- Ketchup ½ oz
- Mustard ½ oz
- Mayo ¼ oz
- Heavy cream ¼ oz
- Batata Palha (Fries)
- Bring water to boil, add rice when ready, turn down to medium and cook for 15 min then turn to simmer until stroganoff is done.
- Chop onions and mushrooms into small pieces.
- Slice chicken into roughly ½ inch size pieces then squeeze lemon juice onto them.
- Heat a pan with oil on medium then add onions and cook for 5 min, then add mushrooms and cook for 5 min.
- Add chicken pieces and cook for 8 min on medium heat, add salt, pepper, and other preferred seasonings.
- Once chicken has cooked for 8-10 min turn down the heat to simmer then add ketchup, mayo, and mustard. Turn heat off and after another 2-3 min add heavy cream then stir until mixed.
