Brown Brigadeiro (Traditional)
Ingredient List:
- 1 can Leite Condensado (Condensed Milk) ~ 397 g (14 oz)
- 1/2 can Creme de Leite (Table Cream) ~ 150 g (5 oz)
- 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder ~ 80 g (3 oz)
- 1 spoon Butter
- Brown Sprinkles
How-to:
1- Heat butter in a pan for a minute or two
2- Add the Cocoa Powder to the pan and mix the cocoa entirely with the butter
3- Add Leite Condensado and Creme de Leite
4- Mix everything without stopping for about 10 minutes until it reaches a thicker consistency and the brigadeiro appears on the bottom of the pan when you scrape it
5- Let it cool off for 3 hours in a separate container (TIP #1: do not leave it in the fridge, as this will thicken up your brigadeiro, leave it out of the fridge in covered container. TIP #2: if you want more of an ice cream consistency, leave it in the fridge overnight after pouring the brigadeiro in the cup)

White Brigadeiro
Ingredient List:
- 1 can Leite Condensado (Condensed Milk) ~ 397 g (14 oz)

- 1/3 cup Dry Whole Milk ~ 80 g (3 oz)
- 1 spoon Butter
- Various Color Sprinkles
- 8 Diced Strawberries
How-to:
1- Mix Dry Milk with Creme de Leite and Condensed Milk in a separate bowl
2- Heat butter in a pan for a minute or two
3- Add Dry Milk mix to the pan
4- Mix everything without stopping for about 10 minutes until you reach a thicker consistency, and the brigadeiro appears on the bottom of the pan when you scrape it.
5- Let it cool off for 3 hours in a separate container then mix in strawberries after its cooled. (TIP #1: do not leave it in the fridge, as this will thicken up your brigadeiro, leave it out of the fridge in a covered container. TIP #2: if you want more of an ice cream consistency, leave it in the fridge overnight after pouring the brigadeiro in the cup)
