Low calorie cassava starch sourced from South of Brazil. Pre-seasoning includes red and black peppers, onion, chives, and garlic paste. Ready to use in several stove-top recipes including sautéed plantain farofa and “tropeiro” beans. Besides using this in a stove-top recipe it's ready to use straight from the bag and commonly served as a side with any dish. Great when mixed with beans, rice, and veggies to give each bite more flavor and fullness.
